Logistics Coordinator London | Onsite 5 Days per Week | £175 per day (Inside IR35) | 2.5-Month Contract

We're looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced corporate environment in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and thrives in a busy operational role.

The Role

As Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of mail, courier and logistics services across a large office environment. You'll play a key role in keeping business operations running efficiently while providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, log and distribute incoming post, parcels and deliveries accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage internal mail and coordinate outgoing post, including franking and courier collections.
  • Arrange passenger car services and courier bookings, ensuring cost-effective solutions are used.
  • Assist with the distribution of publications and other internal materials.
  • Monitor and replenish stationery, tea points and logistics supplies.
  • Maintain stock control and support the smooth running of the logistics function.
  • Ensure secure access to logistics areas and maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
  • Support the wider facilities team with additional operational tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within logistics, mailroom, facilities or workplace services.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using courier or logistics platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Physically active and happy undertaking a hands-on role.
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • A reliable team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.

Contract Details

  • Contract: 2.5 months
  • Location: London (100% office-based)
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, onsite
  • Rate: £175 per day
  • IR35: Inside IR35
