We are looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Canterbury, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, transporters and shipping lines
- Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documentation
- Monitor deliveries and provide timely shipment updates
- Maintain accurate logistics records
- Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order fulfilment
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping or supply-chain coordination
- Good knowledge of transportation and shipping documentation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities
- Experience in the paper, recycling or international trading industry will be an advantage
