Location: Crick
Pay: £14.36 per hour
Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm
Contract: 12-Week Temp to Perm
About The Role
Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Customer Service Administrator to join a busy transport operation based in Crick, Northamptonshire.
We are looking for an experienced transport administrator with a background in pallet network operations and customer service.
Previous experience working with UPN (United Pallet Network) is an essential part of the role, along with experience working within a transport office and pallet network environment.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of palletised freight, deliveries, collections and depot operations, together with excellent customer service and administration skills.

- Act as a key point of contact for customers, depots, and transport partners.
- Handle customer and depot enquiries by telephone and email.
- Manage delivery and collection queries efficiently and professionally.
- Liaise with transport teams, depots, and pallet network partners.
- Use UPN (United Pallet Network) to manage and process transport and pallet network information.
- Track consignments and provide accurate delivery updates to customers.
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and customer queries.
- Complete transport administration and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure transport documentation and paperwork is completed correctly.
- Follow up on outstanding deliveries, collections, and queries.
- Work closely with depots and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Provide a high level of customer service within a busy transport office.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with UPN (United Pallet Network).
- Experience within a pallet network environment.
- Previous experience working in a transport office or logistics administration role.
- Good knowledge of palletised freight and transport processes.
- Experience dealing with customers, depots, and transport operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills.
