Job Description
Our Customer Service centre based in Southampton provides a full servicing operation to brands produced by the Swatch Group. We are looking for a quick-thinking and adaptable person to join our Logistics team and play a pivotal part in our Service Centre operation. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and quality and maintain exceptional standards of administration within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and register watches, ensuring accurate data entry into the service system (SAP).
- Verify watch details against records to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Prepare watches, pre-paid packs, parts, and accessories for dispatch to customers across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and Switzerland. Ensure all brand requirements are achieved and accuracy checks completed.
- Handle incoming watches from the UK, Ireland, Europe, and Switzerland, adhering to customs regulations and working with the wider team to ensure all required documentation is accurately processed for smooth clearance.
- Monitor and manage the stock of daily consumables (e.g., packaging materials, labels, and other essentials), ensuring that supplies are maintained from the main stock.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering and updating watch details, customer information, and dispatch records onto the service system (SAP). Ensure that all entries are correct and completed within the required timeframe.
- Distribute all incoming items and post across various departments, ensuring that materials and communications are routed to the correct individuals in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with supervisors and department managers, promptly reporting any issues or concerns and keeping them informed of progress and workload.
- Ensure all items are stored correctly, and work areas are kept neat and organised to maintain efficient workflow and health and safety requirements.
- Provide general assistance with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation as required by the Logistics department team to support daily operations and meet departmental targets.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle items carefully and responsibly, ensuring products are not damaged.
- Proficient in basic data entry tasks and familiar with service systems (e.g., SAP).
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (or equivalent)
