Arvato offers you one of the most dynamic working environments you can imagine. We are growing, we are innovative, and we solve the challenges of our customers around the world every day.
Shape the future of logistics as a Logistics Planner at our locations in UK, Corby, Hams Hall, Kings Norton, and East Midlands Gateway. Take responsibility for modern intralogistics solutions that deliver real impact. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across Europe, drive automation, digitalization, and innovative warehouse concepts, and grow both professionally and personally alongside your team. Together, you will create transparency, make informed decisions, and deliver results that our customers can rely on.
We are looking for talented individuals who enjoy international collaboration and want to be part of a growth story.

- Consultative Customer Engagement: You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external customers, analysing requirements and presenting tailored solutions that improve processes and create measurable value.
- Project Management from Planning to Implementation: You will support the implementation of your concepts at our logistics sites, assist in supplier selection, coordinate project workstreams, and maintain oversight of budgets, timelines, productivity targets, and workforce planning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
