The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant fulfilment of physical products by managing the flow of orders from procurement and manufacturing through inventory allocation, shipment, and export.

This position works closely with vendors, internal teams, logistics providers, and customers to maintain high standards of accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance across all fulfilment activities.

Location:

London, UK (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer hardware orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring fulfilment tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Validate order details, product configurations, serialized components, and system accuracy across ERP, CRM, and hardware-tracking databases.
  • Monitor order exceptions such as SKU discrepancies, licensing issues, or non-purchasable items, driving resolution with Product Management, Sales Operations, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with subcontract manufacturers to confirm product availability, production schedules, and shipment readiness.
  • Track supply constraints, component shortages, and lead-time risks; escalate issues when needed to prevent delays.
  • Partner with engineering and programme teams during new product introduction to understand data flows and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple storage locations, overseeing stock movements and serial-number reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with hardware-tracking databases used for renewals, backfill, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Arrange domestic and international shipments, ensuring proper documentation, export controls, compliance validation, and adherence to secure-handling procedures.
  • Coordinate delivery readiness with customers, including points of contact, delivery instructions, and site requirements.
  • Oversee ASN creation, order activation, and ERP transaction progression throughout the fulfilment cycle.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Engineering to ensure fulfilment aligns with business needs and revenue recognition rules.
  • Support escalations related to product availability, supplier constraints, order delays, or product data discrepancies.
  • Contribute to fulfilment team updates, continuous-improvement efforts, and operational discussions across the broader hardware organization.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
