The Role
As a Logistics & Inventory Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Neat’s products move efficiently, accurately and compliantly around the world.
You will take ownership of key International end-to-end logistics and inventory operations, working across international markets, suppliers, warehouses, freight partners and internal teams to ensure the right products are available in the right place at the right time.
Working closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Support and external logistics partners, you will help build a scalable logistics and inventory function that supports Neat’s continued international growth.
What You’ll Do
International Logistics
- Manage Neat’s international logistics operations across multiple countries and regions.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and customers.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Monitor shipments from booking through to final delivery, proactively resolving delays, shortages, damages and other exceptions.
- Ensure accurate shipping documentation and compliance with international trade, customs and import/export requirements.
- Work with internal and external partners to continuously improve delivery performance and logistics costs.
- Support the development and implementation of global logistics processes and standards.

Inventory Management
- Own inventory planning, stock control and inventory accuracy within specific international logistics partner locations.
- Monitor inventory movements between warehouses and markets.
- Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment activities.
- Establish and maintain effective inventory controls, processes and reporting.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock variances and system issues.
- Provide clear visibility of inventory availability, commitments and risks to key stakeholders.
Systems, Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate logistics and inventory data within Neat’s ERP, inventory management and logistics systems.
- Use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Ensure that systems and processes support accurate product traceability and inventory visibility.
- Identify opportunities to automate and simplify manual processes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs, improve delivery performance and increase inventory efficiency.
- Review existing processes and implement practical improvements.
- Establish clear procedures, controls and service-level expectations with logistics partners.
- Support the development of a scalable global logistics operating model.
- Stay informed about developments in international logistics, customs, transportation and supply chain best practices.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced logistics and inventory professional who combines strong operational knowledge with commercial awareness and a continuous-improvement mindset.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience in international logistics, supply chain, inventory management or a similar role.
- Experience managing multiple logistics/warehouse partners.
- Strong understanding of import/export processes, customs and international shipping requirements.
- Experience managing inventory across multiple locations or countries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into practical actions.
- Experience working with ERP, WMS or inventory management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving international environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- A strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- The ability to work effectively across different countries, cultures and time zones.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience within technology, hardware, electronics or another international product-based business would be advantageous.
