About the Role

For this project, H&MV require an experienced Construction Logistics Manager. The chosen individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and safe flow of materials, equipment, and personnel across the site. This includes managing complex delivery schedules, coordinating with haulers and suppliers, and overseeing site-wide logistics operations.

The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can lead logistics planning and execution across heavy civils, electrical infrastructure, and modular construction elements. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining logistics systems that support the delivery of major components, site services, and subcontractor activities, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security standards.

This is a high-profile infrastructure project requiring meticulous coordination of logistics across multiple workstreams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and safe execution; and therefore H&MV have highlighted this role as a high priority placement for the business and are looking to enroll the right candidate at the earliest opportunity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
