The Opportunity
This fast‑growing FMCG beauty group is seeking a Logistics Manager to join its small but high‑impact operations team. This is a pivotal role, owning the execution of wholesale orders across the UK, US, and Europe, and managing the freight and warehouse activities that underpin them. With turnover scaling rapidly, this position offers visibility, breadth, and the chance to make a direct impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Order management: Oversee order processing (EDI and manual), invoice authorization, and accuracy.
- Retail compliance: Manage routing, vendor portals, scorecards, and deduction disputes for major US accounts.
- Freight coordination: Handle quotations, bookings, documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Warehouse & 3PL: Manage UK/US warehouses, performance tracking, SKU setup, and rework/kitting.
- Retailer accounts: Boots, Superdrug, Target, Meijer, Amazon, TikTok Shop, with expansion into Walmart, Loblaw, and ANZ markets.
- Launch support: Partner with commercial and brand teams on new launches, promotions, and sampling.

Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years into career, articulate and driven, ready to step up.
- Background in FMCG or beauty logistics, ideally with exposure to major retail vendor requirements and EDI.
- Comfortable in ERP/IMS systems and retailer portals; strong Excel/Sheets skills.
- Organized under volume, precise with documentation, and proactive in resolving discrepancies.
- Freight documentation, customs exposure, and 3PL management.
