In this position you will....
Lead end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination of vendors, suppliers, and customers to deliver service excellence against KPIs and SLAs. You will drive performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and data-led decision-making across logistics activities.
You will be responsible for…
- Coordinating and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations, including pickup, delivery, and shipment tracking.
- Managing logistics vendors and supplier relationships, including performance reviews, service capability assessments, and improvement actions.
- Leading regular operational reviews (daily, weekly, monthly) and facilitating meetings with internal teams and external partners.
- Analyzing logistics performance data by region, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate operational records (e.g., shipments, inventory, vendor invoices) and ensuring compliance with agreed processes and SLAs.
- Producing timely and accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support operational visibility and decision-making.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and align logistics activities with broader business objectives.
- Initiating clearly defined agreed corrective action plans with our suppliers from analysis, with an outcome to quickly align supplier performance with bolttech KPI’s.
- Distributing regular weekly data analysis on issue trends and KPI impact that all parties can clearly understand (using graph data).
- Handling enquiries from internal and occasionally external stakeholders.
- Providing advice to other areas of the Logistics function as required by management.

You will require the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or courier operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including airfreight, import/export regulations, and cost structures.
- Proven experience in performance analysis, reporting, and vendor management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern smart devices, including phones, tablets, watches, etc.
- Familiarity with mobile industry trends and vendor relationship management.
- Proven ability to analyze operational processes and implement proactive measures to address challenges.
- Experience in solving service and business problems to improve operational efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to coworkers and customers.
- Proficient or intermediate level in English (oral and written).
- Detail-oriented and meticulous personality capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory processes.
- Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory audits, and overall logistics management.
