O'Neill & Brennan Seeks Experienced Site Logistics Manager
O'Neill & Brennan are seeking an experienced Site Logistics Manager for a freelance opportunity with a leading main contractor on a major high-rise residential development in Birmingham.
This is a complex, fast-paced project in a highly challenging city centre location, requiring a strong logistics professional with proven experience managing busy construction sites and coordinating multiple site operations simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities and Experience Required:
- Managing site logistics on large-scale construction projects
- Coordinating multiple hoists, tower cranes, and forklifts
- Maintaining safe and efficient site operations in constrained environments
- Working closely with site management and subcontractors to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Logistics Manager on major construction projects
- Strong background working on high-rise or large-scale developments
- Valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications essential
- First Aid qualification beneficial
