Ooni

Since launching the world’s first portable wood-pellet pizza oven in 2012, Ooni has grown into an award-winning, multinational company with a product range loved by pizza makers all over the globe. Our mission has always been to design innovative products that spark joy in our customers, and whilst we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished so far - we’re only just getting started.

As part of our plans, we’re looking for a Logistics Manager to lead our UK & EU Outbound operations and oversee Wholesale Order Management.

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our office in Edinburgh, Scotland.

What you’ll do:

Outbound Logistics & 3PL Operations (UK & EU)

  • 3PL Partner Oversight: Lead operational relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) warehousing and fulfillment partners across the UK and EU. Drive weekly operational performance, maintain SLA/KPI compliance, resolve operational issues and promote joint continuous improvement.
  • Outbound Freight & Last-Mile Management: Oversee outbound transportation flows across the UK and European mainland, ensuring all DTC, Wholesale, and Marketplace shipments meet timing, quality and cost plans.
  • Carrier Performance & Cost Control: Monitor carrier performance (OTIF, damaged goods, tracking rates). Review freight invoices, and drive continuous cost-to-serve improvements.
  • Budget Oversight: Oversee warehouse and distribution budgets, partnering with finance to review forecasting and cost analysis
  • Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement projects, peak-season preparation and system updates.

Wholesale Order Management

  • Wholesale Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end execution of Wholesale sales orders - from PO entry, inventory allocation, and booking slots to final delivery at major wholesale partner accounts.
  • Vendor Compliance & Routing Guides: Ensure outbound shipments conform strictly to major wholesaler routing guides, pallet specifications and compliance standards to eliminate chargebacks.
  • Collaboration with Commercial Teams: Partner closely with the Ooni Sales team, to provide clear visibility on order status, delivery timelines, and inventory availability.
  • Data Accuracy & Governance: Ensure the integrity of orders, pricing and delivery data within the systems

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
