Why this role matters

Our mission is to give patients control of their health through knowledge, choice, convenience, and connection. As a Logistics Night Shift Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring medicines and clinical supplies move efficiently through our distribution network—helping us deliver a reliable, high-quality service when it matters most.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our Clinical Logistics operation, supporting overnight depot activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with maintenance scheduling and compliance management across the distribution centre
  • Managing driver manifests (printed and electronic) and maintaining trunking logs
  • Monitoring driver attendance, reporting late/no shows, and supporting replacement arrangements
  • Unloading and reloading trunk vehicles, ensuring all consignments are accurately counted and recorded
  • Sorting, scanning, and organising parcels and returns for onward delivery
  • Handling returned items, including sharps bins, and ensuring correct storage processes are followed
  • Ensuring all depot documentation is completed and returned correctly
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment across all depot areas

Who We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Flexible and reliable, with a proactive approach to supporting overnight operations
  • Warehouse or logistics experience is desirable
  • A full, clean driving licence is desirable

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
