Logistics Operations Clerk

Job Summary
We are hiring a Logistics Operations Clerk to support daily logistics and warehouse operations through accurate data entry and documentation. You'll help track shipments, maintain records, and support the broader logistics team.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain logistics data accurately in company systems
- Prepare shipping and receiving documentation
- Track shipment status and update records accordingly
- Support coordination between warehouse and transportation teams
- Assist with basic logistics reporting
- Respond to internal inquiries about shipment status
- Maintain organized logistics files and records

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking systems
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
