Glasgow | £29.9k - £31.6k per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications)

The Logistics Operations Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to logistics operations for SGN, ensuring that operational data, trackers, and systems are accurate, up to date, and reliable. Communication with internal stakeholders and third party logistics stakeholders is a key element of this role.

- Maintain SharePoint lists, trackers, and operational logs
- Manage action registers, issue logs, and performance data
- Support operational reporting through accurate and timely data inputs
- Coordinate meetings, actions, and follow-ups
- Support audits, governance forums, and reporting cycles
- Act as first point of contact for routine logistics queries
- Follow standard operating procedures and templates
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process issues
- Support continuous improvement by ensuring information is clean, accurate, and reliable
- Will be first point of contact for internal stakeholders with logistics queries
- Supports logistics managers by maintaining accurate operational information
- Enables effective reporting, governance, and audit readiness

What you will need
- Administrative or business support qualification desirable
- Essential technical skills and job knowledge / experience
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Experience maintaining trackers, logs, and registers (e.g. SharePoint, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, actions, and deadlines
- Good understanding of standard operating procedures and governance processes
- Confident communication skills to support routine queries and coordination
- Basic understanding of logistics or operational environments desirable
