Hush is an ambitious and distinctive fashion brand, with plans to double the business over the next few years. Founded 21 years ago, we are now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 140 employees across head office and retail, creating and selling a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories characterised by effortlessness, simplicity and a laidback sense of style. Despite the challenges to the retail industry, Hush has continued grow – and our company culture still reflects our entrepreneurial roots and relaxed aesthetic. We love hard-working and talented people with a can-do attitude and a passion for what they do.
We're looking for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our Operations & Logistics team and help keep our stock moving seamlessly from supplier to customer.
About the role
This is a hands-on, analytical role where you'll coordinate the end-to-end flow of stock into the business, ensuring products arrive on time, stock records are accurate and operational issues are resolved quickly.
You'll work across Logistics, Merchandising, Garment Tech, Warehouse and Finance, using data and attention to detail to spot issues, solve problems and keep things moving.
If you're naturally organised, commercially minded and enjoy getting stuck into the detail, this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee inbound shipments across air, sea and road, from suppliers through to our UK 3PL.
- Resolve ERP issues to ensure stock is booked in accurately and on time.
- Coordinate QC with the Garment Tech and Warehouse teams, arranging debit notes where required.
- Coordinate relabelling and pricing requests with the Merchandising team.
- Manage back orders, proactively communicating delays and solutions to relevant teams.
- Monitor and track key operational KPIs.
- Analyse operational data and present insights at monthly and quarterly operational review meetings.
- Coordinate deadstock clearance with charity partners, maintaining relationships and ensuring stock is disposed of effectively.
- Support the planning and delivery of sample sales, ensuring they are well organised and stock is accurately managed.
- Partner with Finance on monthly stock reporting, ensuring ERP data is accurate and supporting month-end reporting.
- Carry out invoice checks, including freight and courier invoices.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies and make the way we work even better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
