About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist who will report to Overseas Warehouse & Transportation Chief in Turkey and will be responsible in the logistics operations processes for the UK Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics activities.
  • Manage relationships and daily operations with 3PL providers.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and support stock count activities.
  • Track shipment performance and resolve operational issues proactively.
  • Coordinate export and distribution processes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely processing of logistics-related documentation and invoices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with 3PL providers and inventory management processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP systems.
