Full Time
Based at our Paddock Wood logistics hub in Kent (TN12 6UU), which benefits from great transport links across the region, a short walk from the station or free parking onsite.
Contracted 5 over 7 days, the current working pattern is Monday to Friday between 7.30-3.30, with some flexibility required during peak trading season.

We're looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Logistics Operatives to join our Distribution Centre team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a supportive team, and take pride in doing a great job, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Logistics Operative, you'll play a key role across a variety of warehouse functions, helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
- Receiving and processing stock deliveries
- Picking and packing retail, online, wholesale, and third-party orders
- Inventory management and stock counting
- Returns and reverse logistics processing
- Quality control and product rework activities
- Delivering against individual KPIs and team targets
- Maintaining excellent health, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Supporting operational improvements and team initiatives
- Working across multiple warehouse functions as part of our cross-training programme
- Be an ambassador for the brand and champion our Ann Summers values

You'll be encouraged to develop new skills and gain experience across inbound, outbound, quality control, inventory, and reverse logistics operations.
You'll Be Great If You:
- Have experience in a warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or fast-paced operational environment, or are eager to build a career in this field.
- Comfortable undertaking physical tasks, including lifting, moving stock, and being active throughout the day.
- A commitment to Health and Safety and good housekeeping standards.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting those around you.
- Take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy getting stuck in.
- Have a flexible, positive approach and a willingness to learn.
