Pure AV is seeking a motivated and organised Logistics Operative to join our growing operations team in Dunstable. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, allocation and distribution of equipment to support project delivery across the business. Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the Regional Operations Manager, duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and unloading deliveries into the warehouse.
  • Conducting detailed checks of incoming goods and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Assigning and tracking project equipment through barcode systems.
  • Ensuring equipment is accurately collated for project requirements.
  • Reviewing incoming purchase orders and monitoring scheduled deliveries daily.
  • Coordinating van deliveries and engineer collections.
  • Processing and checking Product Delivery Reports (PDRs).
  • Allocating equipment and preparing stock for engineer deployment.
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety, housekeeping, security and cleanliness.
  • Ensuring compliance with all warehousing, handling, transport and company procedures.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Experience of stock control and inventory reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
