Pure AV is seeking a motivated and organised Logistics Operative to join our growing operations team in Dunstable. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, allocation and distribution of equipment to support project delivery across the business. Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Regional Operations Manager, duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving and unloading deliveries into the warehouse.
- Conducting detailed checks of incoming goods and reporting any discrepancies.
- Assigning and tracking project equipment through barcode systems.
- Ensuring equipment is accurately collated for project requirements.
- Reviewing incoming purchase orders and monitoring scheduled deliveries daily.
- Coordinating van deliveries and engineer collections.
- Processing and checking Product Delivery Reports (PDRs).
- Allocating equipment and preparing stock for engineer deployment.
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety, housekeeping, security and cleanliness.
- Ensuring compliance with all warehousing, handling, transport and company procedures.

Essential Skills And Experience
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Experience of stock control and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.

Desirable Skills
- Experience working with barcode scanning systems.
- Experience supporting project-based logistics operations.
- Understanding of warehouse management systems.
