Logistics Coordinator
Location: Raunds
Hours: Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week
What will you be doing?
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, ensuring tasks such as transport, allocation, inbound/outbound processes, PRS, and complaints are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform general administration duties to support the smooth functioning of the department.
- Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods in accordance with SLAs.
- Maintain accurate records of various logistics activities.
- Handle order management, including order analysis and allocation in line with SLAs.
- Book transport, prepare shipping documents, and create labels
- Manage a busy shared inbox to provide timely and professional customer service.
- Generate regular reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain compliance with established workflows by assisting in the investigation of operational issues or failures (e.g., transport/KPI).
- Keep accurate records and prepare reports as requested by supervision or management.
- Collaborate with operations, transport teams, and external stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows and achieve seamless coordination.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, resolving routine issues independently while escalating more complex matters to supervision for prompt resolution.
