About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for 2 X Logistic Operators to join us. In these roles you will support the different operational functions within the Operations Room to continuously improve the service and product we provide. The Operations functions are the Courier services, Black Taxi, Standard Car services and Executive Car services. Handling inbound and outbound calls to communicate with clients and delivery partners to enable quick and effective resolution to service queries in real time.

Main Accountabilities
- Monitoring key client jobs and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Informing clients of any delays or issues as they occur.
- Supporting the entire client portfolio including all Addison Lee, ComCab and Green Tomato clients.
- Supporting Drivers with live updates and specific geographic issues.
- Monitoring of public events, traffic news and road closures.
- Responsible for service levels, resource management and planning.
- Any other duties as required by management including supporting other areas of the operation as and when required.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritise issues and respond in a quick and efficient manner.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Good time management.
- The ability to multi-task and work accurately under pressure.
- Problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
- Knowledge of existing operating systems.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- A good standard of spoken and written English.
- Good computer and keyboard skills.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- The ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and professional manner.
