Logistics Planner
Location: West Midlands
Salary: Up To £57,000
Shape the future of logistics as a Logistics Planner at our UK sites and take responsibility for modern intralogistics solutions that deliver real impact. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across Europe, drive automation, digitalization, and innovative warehouse concepts, and grow both professionally and personally alongside your team. Together, you will create transparency, make informed decisions, and deliver results that our customers can rely on.
Your Responsibilities
Develop Intralogistics Concepts
You will design and plan modern warehouse and logistics solutions, ranging from manual and semi-automated systems to highly automated operations, with a clear focus on efficiency, scalability, and customer value.
Data-Driven Material Flow and Facility Planning
Using structural data analysis, you will plan material flows, storage strategies, and warehouse layouts. You will leverage modern simulation and visualization tools to support informed decision-making.
Consultative Customer Engagement
You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external customers, analysing requirements and presenting tailored solutions that improve processes and create measurable value.
Project Management from Planning to Implementation
You will support the implementation of your concepts at our logistics sites, assist in supplier selection, coordinate project workstreams, and maintain oversight of budgets, timelines, productivity targets, and workforce planning.

Teamwork and Continuous Improvement
As part of an international team of logistics planners and industrial engineers, you will share knowledge, learn from successes and challenges, and contribute to the ongoing development of our logistics standards.
Your Profile
Professional Qualifications
Degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, or a comparable qualification with a strong logistics focus.
Intralogistics Experience
At least three years of relevant experience in logistics and material flow planning, intralogistics automation, and/or the implementation of greenfield, brownfield, or optimization projects.
Methodological and IT Skills
Strong analytical skills. Confident use of common planning tools and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with simulation and visualization tools is an advantage.
Travel Readiness
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
Working Style and Mindset
Structured, reliable, and self-motivated approach. Strong team-working skills. Open to feedback and continuous learning. Willingness to challenge the status quo and develop sustainable solutions collaboratively.
