Are you a Logistics Planner?

Looking to step into a role where every shipment counts and your coordination keeps operations moving? You’ll be at the heart of our inbound supply chain - ensuring goods, data, and documentation flow seamlessly from supplier to site. You’ll take ownership of shipment visibility, tagging, issue resolution, and the smooth, accurate movement of freight that keeps our business running.

Working closely with our Logistics Manager, freight partners, and internal teams, you’ll be the central point for inbound execution: managing discrepancies, prioritising deliveries, and safeguarding continuity of supply. If you’re driven by accuracy, responsiveness, and the satisfaction of keeping complex operations flowing, this role puts you right at the heart of our logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate all inbound shipments into site, ensuring clear visibility of status, priorities, and risks
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and the Logistics Manager to maintain flow of goods and set priorities
  • Monitor inbound schedules and ensure readiness for receipt at site

Freight Tagging & System Control

  • Organise and oversee tagging of all inbound freight with vendor invoice number and shipment number, including multi-pass tagging where required
  • Manage EU & Asia invoice tagging and FRED creation
  • Ensure all inbound shipments are correctly recorded, tracked, and aligned between physical and system records

Inbound Issue Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for all inbound issues, inc: Quantity discrepancies, Price discrepancies, Incorrect or missing part numbers, Short, over, or incorrectly supplied parts
  • Investigate and resolve issues, working with Buyers and relevant teams as required
  • Ensure issues are clearly tracked, communicated, and closed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
