Join Our Supply Chain Team
We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Stallingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are delivered efficiently and on time.
As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the logistics of customer orders across the UK and EU markets.
- Processing export and import customs documentation for EU shipments.
- Supporting the deep-sea logistics team with availability dates and batch selection for deep-sea orders.
- Arranging transport across various modes, ensuring accurate loading lists and freight accruals.
- Preparing despatch documentation and customs paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaising with the Production Planner to ensure materials are available for shipment within agreed customer deadlines.
- Identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions for non-standard customer requests.
- Working closely with Customer Service and other supply chain stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment.
- Supporting the Supply Chain team with day-to-day administration, data collation, and reporting activities.
- Assisting with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end supply chain activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Carrying out general office administration duties, including filing, document management, and meeting preparation.
- Contributing to departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
To be successful in this role:
- Must be degree-level educated, with the ability to analyze information, manage multiple priorities, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a work environment with proven stability.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems would be advantageous.
- A flexible approach, with the ability to support occasional out-of-hours issues when required.
