We're looking for an experienced UK Logistics Manager to lead our national logistics operation, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of LPG across our UK depot network.
Reporting to the Head of Operations & Logistics, you'll lead a team of Five and oversee logistics across 16 depots, managing a fleet of 75 vehicles (including 3PL partners) and helping deliver 145,000 tonnes of product annually.

What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
- Optimise transport planning, fleet utilisation and network performance.
- Manage 3PL partners to deliver excellent service, compliance and value.
- Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and reduce costs.
- Work closely with Operations, Supply, Sales and Customer Experience to improve service and efficiency.
- Contribute to network strategy and identify opportunities to enhance performance.
What we're looking for
- Proven logistics leadership experience within a multi-site operation.
- Strong knowledge of transport, fleet and depot operations.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers.
- Commercial awareness with budget and cost management experience.
- A collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys driving change and continuous improvement.
- Transport Manager CPC and S&OP experience are advantageous.
