Location: Central London
Working pattern: Hybrid, with 3–4 days per week in the office

We’re recruiting for a rapidly growing UK renewable energy business that is looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Senior Logistics & Procurement Associate.
Sitting within the Operations team, you’ll help ensure installation teams have the right equipment at the right time, while maintaining appropriate stock levels and controlling procurement costs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Raising purchase orders and confirming pricing and lead times
- Tracking orders and working with suppliers to prevent delays
- Coordinating equipment movements between suppliers, storage locations and installation teams
- Resolving shortages, damaged deliveries and other supply issues
- Using the installation pipeline to forecast demand and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Matching invoices against orders and investigating discrepancies
- Tracking procurement expenditure and supporting budget reporting
- Maintaining accurate inventory and operational performance reports
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and supporting negotiations on pricing and terms
- Identifying opportunities to improve procurement, stock and forecasting processes

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics or a related finance or operations role
- Confidence working with purchase orders, invoices, pricing and cost data
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, lookups and larger datasets
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple orders and changing priorities
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with suppliers and internal teams
- A proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, growing business

Experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, ERP systems or product-led industries such as renewables, construction, manufacturing, electrical wholesale or e-commerce would be beneficial.
