Salary: £28,665.72 per annum + Up to £2,000 Annual Bonus

Shift Pattern: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, between 06:30 and 16:00)

Location: Cheltenham

Guaranteed daytime hours and no weekends.

Join our logistics team in Cheltenham as a Logistics Service Operative. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations moving by handling stock, managing local deliveries, and supporting site logistics. No specialist licences required to start—we provide full on-the-job training.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Receiving, moving, and logging stock and materials around the facility.
  • Safely loading, unloading, and distributing items across site using equipment and company vehicles.
  • Keeping accurate digital or paper records of goods moving in and out.
  • Working as part of a friendly team to keep the warehouse and delivery areas safe, clean, and efficient.

What We’re Looking For

  • Communication: Clear verbal and written English to keep track of stock and work well with the team.
  • Fitness & Attitude: Comfortable with manual handling, physical tasks, and staying active throughout the day.
  • Bonus Skills (Not essential!): A full UK Driving Licence, Forklift licence, or basic computer skills are a plus, but full training will be given.
  • Security: Ability to pass standard security clearance checks.
