About The Role

We are looking for a Logistics Product Manager to lead product planning and capability development for Joybuy's European supply chain. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy across warehousing & inventory, the JoyExpress delivery network, delivery & installation services, and reverse logistics/returns. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across product, systems and operations to build standardised, industry-specific and reusable product capabilities that form the core of Joybuy's competitive advantage — while supporting the opening of our 1PL network to third-party sellers and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Drive System Modernisation – Conduct market research and lead the standardisation, configuration and productisation of supply chain systems. Shorten implementation cycles and ensure systems adapt rapidly to evolving business needs and market changes, while continuously improving overall system performance.
  • Deliver Client Solutions – Develop system solutions for mid-tier B2B clients; author industry capability documentation; coordinate product and engineering resources to drive solution delivery and meet customer requirements, strengthening our service competitiveness in the European market.
  • Own Quality Assurance – Lead UAT test case development and planning; coordinate cross-functional teams in testing; produce comprehensive UAT test reports to ensure system quality and reliability before launch.

About You

  • 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing or logistics, with deep expertise in logistics solutions and warehouse management systems.
  • Proven track record in product management within e-commerce, logistics or supply chain technology — experience with cross-border or European logistics is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of European logistics landscape, last-mile delivery networks, and fulfilment operations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business, product and engineering teams.
  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred for effective collaboration with global teams.
