Role: European/ Domestic Operations
Location: Warwickshire
Package:
Salary up to £40,000, depending on experience.
Established Warwick-based operation.

We are recruiting for x2 European/ Domestic Operations positions within a busy Warwick operation. We are looking for experienced professionals across European trailer operations, domestic transport, and warehouse/stock control.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators looking to join an established logistics business with strong career development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Managing European trailer movements across the UK and Europe.
- Coordinating full-load and groupage road freight.
- Organising domestic transport and deliveries.
- Liaising with customers, hauliers, drivers, and suppliers.
- Planning and coordinating transport movements efficiently.
- Managing transport documentation and updating internal systems.
- Tracking shipments and resolving any operational issues.
- Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers updated.
- Managing warehouse stock and inventory where required.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and investigating discrepancies.
- Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day logistics operations.
- Working to agreed service levels, KPIs, and deadlines.

- European road freight / trailer operations
- Domestic transport operations
- Stock control / inventory management
- Distribution

You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within freight forwarding, transport, logistics, or warehousing.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT and systems knowledge.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong customer service skills.
