Role: European/ Domestic Operations

Location: Warwickshire

Package:
Salary up to £40,000, depending on experience.

Established Warwick-based operation.

We are recruiting for x2 European/ Domestic Operations positions within a busy Warwick operation. We are looking for experienced professionals across European trailer operations, domestic transport, and warehouse/stock control.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators looking to join an established logistics business with strong career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing European trailer movements across the UK and Europe.
  • Coordinating full-load and groupage road freight.
  • Organising domestic transport and deliveries.
  • Liaising with customers, hauliers, drivers, and suppliers.
  • Planning and coordinating transport movements efficiently.
  • Managing transport documentation and updating internal systems.
  • Tracking shipments and resolving any operational issues.
  • Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers updated.
  • Managing warehouse stock and inventory where required.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and investigating discrepancies.
  • Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day logistics operations.
  • Working to agreed service levels, KPIs, and deadlines.

  • Previous experience within freight forwarding, transport, logistics, or warehousing.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT and systems knowledge.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong customer service skills.
