Do you have a background in Automotive Supply chain or Logistics?
Expleo are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Strategic Studies Engineer, to support one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers. Working closely with the Logistics Strategic Programmes Lead, you will provide critical data analysis, impact assessments, and programme coordination activities, helping to shape logistics strategies, based in Solihull on a Contract basis.
This role offers the chance to work within a highly collaborative environment, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across Logistics, Supply Chain, Technology, Manufacturing, and Programme teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Strategic Studies Engineer include:
- Act as the day-to-day contact in Logistics for all programme activity in the strategy phase
- Engage technology teams and act as key interface to support decision making during creation of the initial manufacturing strategy
- Capture all part complexity, type, sequencing assumptions and data from Supply Chain and programme teams and summarise latest part fit point and packaging proposals
- Prepare all Intra-Logistics strategic impact assessments for programme studies as requested by the Industrial Operations Strategy team
- Prepare all Intra-Logistics gateway submissions for the Industrial Operations Programme Delivery team

Skill and Experience Required for the Logistics Strategic Studies Engineer include:
- Experience working in a project or programme environment
- Ability to collate, analyse and present complex data
- Understanding of planning, monitoring and risk-awareness principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident working in dynamic environments
