Job Opportunity: Logistics Supervisor at Nobisco Ltd

Nobisco Ltd is looking for a full-time logistics supervisor to work at our busy Witton fulfilment centre. The role will be varied, but key duties include:

  • Vehicle route planning
  • Warehouse management
  • Goods receipt
  • Goods despatch
  • Supervising a team of drivers and warehouse staff

A good geographical knowledge is essential, with experience in logistics, team management, and Microsoft Office being an advantage. The successful candidate will need to have strong communication skills as liaising with customers, suppliers, and Nobisco colleagues is an important part of the job. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Job Details

This is a full-time permanent office-based position.

Salary:

£31,000 - £33,000 per annum subject to experience

Hours of work:

  • Monday – Thursday 7.30 – 16.45 with 1 hour lunch
  • Friday 7.15 – 16.00 with 1 hour lunch.

Holiday:

22 days plus bank holidays.

Location:

B6, Birmingham – office based.

Reporting:

The candidate will report directly to the logistics manager.
