About WeBuyVintage

WeBuyVintage is one of the UK’s largest buyers of jewellery, antiques and collectibles. We run more roadshows than any other UK company - over 250 valuation events every month - bringing trusted experts face-to-face with customers across the country.

In three years, we’ve grown from a pub-table idea into an eight-figure business, with a headcount that’s grown from 30-100 in the last 2 years, we’re on a mission to make WeBuyVintage a brand everyone recognises.

The Role

As our Logistics Team Manager, you will be the hands-on manager for our Leeds warehouse, taking day-to-day charge of the warehouse sorting and auction consignment teams (roughly 15-20 people). You'll split your time between making the warehouse run smoothly by coordinating the flow of stocks in & out, managing the people who make it all happen and rolling your sleeves up to work alongside your team where required.

This is a role for someone who leads from the front by doing: just as comfortable on the warehouse floor solving a problem as they are managing a team.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Team leadership: Take day-to-day charge of the warehouse sorting and auction consignment teams, ensuring work is completed accurately, safely and on time.
  • Hands-on support: Get hands-on with the team - sorting stock, processing consignments and supporting wherever extra help is needed.
  • Stock movements: Coordinate stock pick-ups and drop-offs with external vendors, working with our team of drivers, roadshows buyers and other WeBuyVintage locations to keep stock moving efficiently.
  • Security: Oversee warehouse security, including access control, stock handling procedures and safe storage of high-value items.
  • People management: Manage, motivate and develop the team, including rotas, performance, one-to-ones and day-to-day people management.
  • Stock accuracy: Ensure stock is accurately logged, tracked and routed to the correct channels (as our processes outline).
  • Health & safety: Maintain high standards of health & safety across the warehouse, identifying and addressing risks proactively.
  • First point of contact: Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day issues on-site, escalating to the Senior Logistics Coordinator where needed.
  • Onboarding & training: Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency, feeding these back to the Senior Logistics Coordinator.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
