Lead the Team Behind the Treats at Shannon Corner
Whether you’re an experienced Transport Supervisor ready to step into a broader leadership role, or an established Logistics Manager looking for your next challenge, Krispy Kreme has an exciting opportunity for you at our Shannon Corner site.
We’re looking for a driven, people-focused leader to manage our driver team and keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in making sure our doughnuts are delivered safely, efficiently and on time - all while building a motivated, high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing driver team
- Managing rotas, routes and daily transport operations
- Ensuring compliance, safety and on-time delivery performance
- Supporting recruitment, training and team development
- Driving operational improvements and controlling costs
- Maintaining fleet, systems and transport records

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in transport, logistics or distribution leadership
- A background as a Transport Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Manager or similar
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of transport compliance and fleet operations
- A confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
- CPC qualification desirable, but not essential
Pay & Hours
- £37,358 per year
- 45 hours per week
- Any five days from seven, including some weekends
- Our drivers go out as early as 2am and therefore early morning start times may be required at times
