Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

Your Role

As a result of increased market demand for our services, we require an experienced transformation consultant working at Senior Manager level to lead our Logistics Business Transformation advisory programmes within Supply Chain. This role sits within our Intelligent Industry practice.

As an experienced Senior Manager, you will scope, position, sell and deliver a range of full end-to-end consulting services and transformation programmes such as pure logistics & distribution strategy, diagnostics and rapid cost reduction analyses as well as broader operating model and global business services (GBS). You will be self-motivated, highly analytical and a strategic individual who comes with a ‘hands on’, pragmatic approach. A team player, who enjoys building and developing teams with a high degree of collaborative and innovative spirit.

Additionally, you will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a pronounced capability to understand the business impact of Supply Chain and Logistics technology transformation. You will understand the implications of change for client executives and their teams; and be able to guide them through their transformation journey. We are searching for an individual comfortable discussing both established and new/emerging technology and data-driven business models, and setting up associated business transformation programmes, leveraging the full suite of Capgemini’s products and services.

You will be working alongside our established technical architects, digital specialists, consultants, BPO and engineers to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

Growing the Logistics Consulting Business

  • Respond to RFP/RFIs and broaden our footprint in existing client relationships.
  • Pursue and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite, business unit and division heads with clients, to drive client value.
  • Develop and collate intellectual capital and points of view and create distinctive knowledge initiatives, which result in significant client impact and strengthen Capgemini Invent's external reputation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
