We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for an organised, proactive individual with experience in logistics, warehousing, stock control, or dispatch operations who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
As Logistics Coordinator, you will support the smooth running of logistics operations by coordinating workloads, monitoring stock accuracy, resolving operational issues and ensuring products are delivered to customers on time and in full.

You will work closely with warehouse, production, quality and customer service teams to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflow across Goods In, Accessories and Dispatch operations.
- Support the planning and allocation of daily workloads to meet customer and transport requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and company procedures.
- Work closely with the Stock Controller to maintain inventory accuracy and complete regular stock checks.
- Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies and non-conformance issues.
- Raise and manage NCRs and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Monitor operational performance and escalate potential risks or delays.
- Maintain accurate records using SAP and other business systems.
- Support departmental audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, stores or dispatch environment.
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence with a valid accredited certificate.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Previous experience coordinating workloads or supervising teams.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience maintaining accurate stock and operational records.
Desirable
- IOSH qualification or Health & Safety training.
- Experience in stock control and inventory management.
- Previous quality inspection or quality assurance experience.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or co
