Company Description

The Mobile Coffee Bean is one of the UK's leading mobile barista coffee companies specialising in Events, Exhibitions, conferences, and promotional marketing campaigns across the UK and Europe.

Role Description

The Logistics/Event Manager will be a 3-month position starting in September 2026. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • UK travel
  • Equipment set up
  • Barista support
  • Engagement with customers and clients in a forward-facing role

With events and services in London and around the UK, there needs to be a willingness to travel and to be confident in driving a van.

  • Demonstrated experience in logistics or event operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and on-site coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and competing priorities.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in the events, hospitality, or catering sector is an advantage; prior mobile or field-based operations experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to be hands-on at events, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to travel to event sites as required.
  • Ideally based near to Bromley BR2 to be able to collect equipment to travel.
  • Over 25 years of age essential for insurance purposes.
