The Role
The Logistics/Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process for hardware and spare parts shipments across APAC and globally. This role will ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective shipping and receiving of equipment, while coordinating closely with internal teams, external logistics providers, and customs agencies.
You will be key to ensuring our operational agility and helping maintain our reputation for reliability in the fast-paced renewables sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate global shipments: Manage international and domestic freight bookings, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Import/export compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations and trade laws (e.g. Incoterms, HS codes).
- Documentation management: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping records, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Stakeholder coordination: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Procurement) and external logistics providers to align shipping priorities.
- Inventory and asset tracking: Monitor equipment movement and maintain visibility of items in transit.
- Risk management: Support export control, insurance coverage, and proactive resolution of shipping issues.

Ideally, You’ll Have/be
Experience & Knowledge:
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or international supply chain coordination
- Strong understanding of global shipping procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms
- Familiar with shipping documentation and import/export processes
- Experience using logistics or ERP systems
Skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
- Able to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
Desirable
- Experience in a technical or engineering-led business
- Knowledge of customs procedures in different regions
