As a Logistics Chargehand, you will be responsible in ensuring that works are completed and documentation is recorded accurately and timely.
- You will be reporting to the Logistics Manager and your main role will be to supervise operatives ensuring they are working safely in line with RAMS, DABS and HPC processes.
- You will be responsible for delivering familiarisation and competency training, and you will keep records for audit purposes.
- You will ensure that all designated working areas are set up correctly, and kept organised, clean, tidy and free from obstruction.
- You will carry out quality checks on works carried out by the operatives and provide support from an operational perspective when required.
- This will be a very busy role with conflicting priorities, and we are looking for someone who wants to join us who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to work with blue and white collar workforce.

Qualifications/Experience:
- CITB Supervisory H&S test (must be completed before start date)
- Previous Supervisory Experience
- SSSTS or working towards
- Good IT skills
