Golden Born Society – Ambassador

Company Description

Golden Born Society is the friendship, action & wellness club for the startup world. Founders, investors, operators, and the most driven business professionals connect through movement, wellness, and shared experiences. Friendship comes first, business follows naturally.

Golden Borns come together through running, sailing, city trips, game days, motorcycle rides, hiking, padel, boxing, cold plunges, picnics, barbecues, or ATV safaris. Not everything is sports. Some of it is just people showing up for each other and having a good time. What ties it all together is friendship, action, and wellness.

The Golden Born Society app, available on the App Store, connects members across cities, gives access to a global network of Golden Borns, and includes a sustainability initiative that creates environmental impact for every month of membership. This is a place to belong, not just attend events, and to move, connect, and grow alongside like-minded, driven souls.

Role Description

We're looking for Ambassadors in major cities with a strong startup ecosystem. As an Ambassador, you lead and host recurring local events for Golden Born Society members, shaped around action, wellness, and connection. That can look like a group run, a padel session, museum tour, a hike, a game day, a motorcycle ride, a picnic, or something entirely your own. You decide the format that fits yourself and the city best.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll curate event concepts, coordinate with venues and partners, and bring your local knowledge of the best spots, routes, and experiences your city has to offer. You'll build and lead your local business community, engaging members before, during, and after events, gathering feedback, and keeping the momentum going. You'll represent the Golden Born brand locally, support engagement through the app, and work closely with the core team to grow membership and strengthen the network.

This is a business-focused, B2B community you'll be leading, built on a win-win model between you and Golden Born Society. The minimum is one event per month, but the more you lead, the more your local community grows, and the more members you bring in.

  • Commission* on every paid member you bring in
  • A leadership role in a growing global network of driven professionals
