The Role
Nada Ghazal Fine Jewelry is an independent fine jewelry house founded in Beirut, with its London home in Belgravia.
We are looking for a London Boutique & Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day London operation, manage the boutique team and ensure an exceptional, highly personalised client experience.
The role combines boutique leadership, sales, clienteling, events, operations, and founder support, acting as a key link between the Founder, London team, and Beirut.
Boutique & Team Leadership
- Take ownership of the daily operation of the London boutique.
- Lead the Customer Experience team, including schedules, floor coverage, and daily priorities.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, security, hospitality, and client service.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure all boutique procedures are followed.
- Coach the team and maintain a strong culture of accountability and hospitality.
Client Experience & Sales
- Lead client appointments and ensure an exceptional experience for every client.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing, prospective, UHNW, and VIP clients.
- Own boutique sales performance and contribute to achieving targets.
- Convert appointments and opportunities into sales, including cross-selling and repeat business.
- Maintain a strong client pipeline and ensure timely, personalised follow-up.
- Maintain accurate client records and share relevant client insights with the Marketing team to support CRM and re-engagement.

Events & Client Engagement
- Coordinate private appointments, previews, launches, dinners, trunk shows, and other client events.
- Work closely with the Founder and Marketing team on boutique requirements for launches, content, press initiatives, and client activations.
- Ensure the boutique is fully prepared for campaigns, launches, and other brand activity.
- Manage the client and guest experience before, during, and after events.
- Identify opportunities to engage existing and prospective clients through boutique activity and events.
Operations
- Act as the operational link between London, the Founder, and the Beirut team.
- Coordinate stock, orders, deliveries, collections, shipping, and other logistics.
- Maintain accurate stock control and coordinate stock movements between locations.
- Oversee suppliers, couriers, maintenance, and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Ensure the safe handling of jewelry and compliance with internal procedures.

Founder Support
- Manage the Founder’s diary, meetings, appointments, travel, and key commitments.
- Prepare requirements for meetings, clients, and events and follow up on actions and priorities.
- Provide discreet, practical, and occasional personal support.
The Person
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, proactive, discreet, hands-on, and resourceful.
- A confident team leader who takes ownership and works independently.
- Commercially aware, with strong sales and clienteling skills.
- Warm, polished, and confident with UHNW and VIP clients.
- An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable balancing client-facing, operational, and administrative responsibilities.
- Able to represent the house with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
5+ years’ relevant experience preferred.
Experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, boutique management, executive support, or operations is highly desirable.
Arabic is highly desirable.
