Are you ready to help guests make memories at 135 metres?

Of course you do! At 135 metres the world famous London Eye is the UK’s most popular paid for visitor attraction, and we’ve got our Eye out for Ride Hosts to join our dedicated team in delivering the most moving experience in London!

You’ll be at the heart of the action, welcoming guests, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every visit is safe, seamless, and unforgettable. From managing queues to supporting guests as they board, you’ll bring energy, confidence, and a warm smile to every interaction. This is more than a job - it’s your chance to help create magical moments high above London!

We’re a dedicated, passionate, and diverse team who aim to inspire our customers by offering excellent service. With high energy and a sense of pride for what you do, you will ensure the safe and efficient loading and off-loading of our guests whilst delivering the very best in memorable experiences. Involved in every step of the guest experience, you will be the face of the London Eye!

You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and support other areas of the attraction as we all work together to deliver the Points Of Difference during every visit only possible at the London Eye!

What you’ll be doing

  • Greeting guests with warmth, enthusiasm and a calm, confident presence
  • Managing queues and guest flow to keep everything moving safely and efficiently
  • Supporting guests as they board and disembark the London Eye
  • Delivering clear instructions and answering questions with confidence
  • Promoting ticket upgrades and experiences in a helpful, natural way
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Keeping operational areas safe, clean, and running smoothly
  • Looking after equipment and reporting any issues promptly
  • Working closely with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Jumping in to support other departments when needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • A passion for delivering brilliant customer service
  • A team player who’s reliable, supportive, and ready to go the extra mile
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
  • A proactive approach with great attention to safety and detail
  • Flexibility to work across a range of shifts
  • Someone comfortable working to strict health and safety standards (we’ll train you)
  • Aged 18 or over due to health and safety regulations
