Job Description

We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an energetic & creative Front of House/Security, Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team. Working for one of our high-profile clients in London, W1F 8FY. STARS at Securitas provide a “two roles in one" service to our clients, their staff, visitors and customers.

This is more than a Front of House, reception role. You’ll be the face of the building, setting the tone for every interaction and ensuring a five-star experience for employees, visitors and contractors — all while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

You’ll combine outstanding customer service across Reception, Concierge, Facilities coordination, Administration and vendor management with calm, professional security awareness.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 60 hours per week
  • 07:00 - 19:00
  • 60 Minute paid lunch break.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner
  • Deliver a consistently high-end customer focused experience
  • Embody a high-performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same
  • Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard
  • Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to ensure the office and/or front of house environment is a great place to visit and work
  • Assist in emergency situations
  • Provide timely and accurate information
  • Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities
  • Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.)
  • Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that is in-keeping with the values, brand identity and culture of both

Qualifications

Essential criteria:

  • 5 year checkable history
  • Exceptional Customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Delivering a polished, personable welcome to all staff, visitors and contractors
  • Locking and unlocking the building.
  • Creating a consistently high-end, customer-focused experience
  • Maintaining an immaculate and professional Front of House environment
  • Acting as the central point of contact for Front of House operations
  • Building strong relationships with client teams including Facilities and Office Management
  • Managing changing priorities with confidence and composure
  • Providing accurate, timely information and support
  • Responding calmly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Championing a high-performance culture and leading by example
  • Representing both Securitas and our client in line with their values, brand and culture

  • Proven Front of House or corporate hospitality experience
  • A confident, engaging communicator
  • Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • A proactive mindset with natural problem-solving ability
  • Professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times
