The Role
Reporting to the Senior Studio Manager, the Studio Producer is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of all production activity across New Look's in-house studio. This includes overseeing ecommerce shoot production and supporting on some in-house creative projects.
The Studio Producer is the operational heartbeat of the studio, ensuring that resources, schedules, talent and budgets are effectively managed to deliver content efficiently, on time and to the highest standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, freelancers and studio teams, you will proactively identify risks, solve problems and continuously improve ways of working to support studio performance and business objectives.
This role requires a highly organised and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional communication skills and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach.

What you’ll be doing
- Own the planning, resourcing and delivery of the ecommerce studio schedule.
- Manage freelancer and on-set resource requirements, including bookings, confirmations, call sheets, holiday cover and absence management.
- Anticipate and resolve operational challenges to ensure the smooth running of daily studio activity.
- Manage and respond effectively to last-minute schedule changes, cancellations and business priorities.
- Plan resource requirements around intake fluctuations and peak trading periods.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day production and operational queries.
- Ensure all stakeholders understand priorities, expectations and delivery requirements.
- Support the smooth onboarding and experience of models, freelancers and external partners while on-site.
- Monitor attendance and arrival times, escalating any issues that may impact delivery.
- Continuously review studio production processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and workflow.
- Proactively identify and mitigate production risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place where required.
- Support the delivery of studio KPIs, SLAs and productivity targets.
- Partner with studio teams to reduce operational issues and improve ways of working across the end-to-end content creation process.
- Support future platform, technology and website developments by ensuring production requirements are represented throughout project delivery.
- Contribute to the delivery of the wider studio strategy and operational objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and freelance talent.
- Develop and manage a diverse, high-quality freelance network capable of supporting varying business and creative requirements.
- Foster collaborative relationships across studio functions, promoting clear communication and effective teamwork.
- Manage and mentor the Studio Production Coordinator and Studio Casting Assistant, developing capability and ensuring appropriate succession and cover plans are in place.
- Work closely with the Senior Studio Manager and wider studio leadership team to support key business initiatives and projects.
- Support the Senior Studio Manager in managing studio budgets and cost control.
- Track freelance spend and highlight risks or overspend against budget.
- Ensure purchase orders, invoices and budget administration are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the delivery of agreed cost-per-product targets whilst maintaining content quality and operational efficiency.
- Build strong partnerships with the Creative and Brand teams to support wider business objectives.
- Support creative production requirements, including Studio 45 and other brand-led projects.
- Develop and implement best-practice production processes for creative shoots, ensuring clear communication, efficient delivery and cost-effective execution.
- Collaborate with the Senior Casting Manager on model bookings, licensing, contracts and casting activity.
- Support casting day logistics and production where required.
- Produce presentations, reports and planning materials for Studio leadership.
- Support the Head of Studio, Senior Studio Manager and wider leadership team with strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.
- Manage supplier compliance requirements, contracts and mandatory training records.

You are an experienced production professional with a strong operational mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality content in a fast-paced studio environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a Studio Producer, Production Coordinator or similar production role.
- Experience working within an ecommerce, photography or content production environment.
- Strong shoot scheduling, resource planning and production management experience.
- Experience managing freelance talent, suppliers and external partners.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience of model booking and talent management is desirable.
- Experience supporting teams and developing junior colleagues.
- Adaptability, resilience and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
