The countdown to GCUC London has begun!

63 Days 22 Hours 10 Minutes 45 Seconds

Day One

The conference

A full day of keynotes, panels, workshops and roundtables, with plenty of time built in for connection. We bring together the people shaping coworking and flexible workspace alongside fresh voices from outside the industry, because that’s where the most interesting conversations happen.

Day Two

Coworking tours

On day two, we take things out of the conference room. Join guided tours of coworking and flexible workspace venues across the city, meet the people behind them, and see the industry up close. Rather explore on your own? We’ll have a list of recommendations to make the most of your time in Manchester or London.

Why should you be at GCUC UK?

GCUC UK attracts a genuinely diverse crowd: operators, developers, landlords, investors, newcomers and seasoned industry figures, plus voices from outside the coworking world altogether. That mix is what makes the conversations worth having.

Over two days you’ll get into the ideas, challenges and opportunities shaping the industry right now, through keynotes, panels, workshops and roundtables that are built to be useful, not just inspiring. And because the same people keep coming back year after year, the connections you make here tend to actually go somewhere.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Testimonials

Lucy McNally
The Inclusive Coworker

What I enjoyed most about GCUC Manchester was the diversity of attendees and operators. Frankness of discussions on the panels.

Alexandra Livesey
ex-COO, Clockwise now MD of Mantle Space

As a first timer at GCUC I was unsure of what to expect but being in a room with likeminded connections providing collaborative discussions and insightful talks was hugely beneficial for me. Meeting new people, hearing about their flex workspace journeys and feeling like your opinion mattered was a wonderful experience. Looking forward to the next GCUC!

Jo Moroney
Regional REIT

The range of great people to network with, the amazing topics for the panels and how friendly everyone was.

Rebecca Cox
MD, Colony

Always enjoy the GCUC events. The content is reliable and it's one of the better events for networking as everyone is very open to chatting.

Lee Zweig
Director of BD, Wavenet

Invaluable opportunity to connect with industry peers.

George Tilbury
Commercial Director, Consensus Workspace

Very informative speakers with humour and smiles. Everybody was engaged in the whole event over the 2 days. Thanks for organising.

Jason Cooney
Orega
