Company Overview
Our client is a specialist orthopaedic implant manufacturer focused on innovative solutions within hip and knee reconstruction.
They are currently experiencing significant growth and are seeking a Sales Associate to support their commercial team and develop future sales talent.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting sales and business development activities across London.
- Attending surgical procedures in NHS and private hospitals to provide technical support for hip and knee reconstruction cases.
- Building strong professional relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement teams.
- Learning to deliver product demonstrations, evaluations, and customer training sessions.
- Assisting with territory analysis and the identification of new commercial opportunities.
- Developing your clinical, technical, and commercial expertise within a supportive environment.

Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
We are seeking candidates with:
- A demonstrable hunger to learn, a competitive spirit, and a resilient attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
- A high level of organisation and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in the medical device sector.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
Desirable Experience
- A clinical background as a Physiotherapist, Scrub Nurse, or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).
- An academic background in a relevant scientific, clinical, or business discipline.
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related role with exposure to a clinical environment.
- Up to one year of experience in a medical device support or sales role.

Package
- Base salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Bonus: Up to £10,000 per annum
- Benefits: £7,000 car allowance, pension, private healthcare, and ongoing professional development.
- Location: London (Field-based)
- Travel requirements: Significant daily travel across the territory is expected.
