Join Our Growing Team

Due to continued growth and exciting opportunities ahead, VIVACY UK is looking for a passionate and commercially driven Territory Manager to join our London sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service. You'll play a key role in driving growth across one of our most important territories while representing one of the leading brands in medical aesthetics.

The Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established customer base across London while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Working closely with clinics, medical healthcare practitioners, and Key Opinion Leaders, you'll become a trusted partner, helping customers maximise the value of the VIVACY portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with our Medical Education, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve ambitious commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across your designated London territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell the full VIVACY portfolio, including STYLAGE®, DESIRIAL®, NOVUMA® & REJURAN®
  • Deliver product training, commercial support, and educational updates to customers.
  • Develop strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and clinic support.
  • Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders and support local educational events.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to maximise campaign effectiveness within your territory.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing valuable commercial insights.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and sales reporting.

London is a strategically important territory for the UK & Ireland subsidiary, representing a significant opportunity for business growth, customer engagement, and brand development.

Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous sales experience within medical aesthetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word), CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp Business.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout London.
