About Emprise Group

Emprise Group is a diverse collection of businesses operating across sports travel, merchandise, coaching and events. Our brands include Barmy Army, Emprise Digital, The R66T Academy, International Cricket Tours and Emprise Teamwear.

We are passionate about creating exceptional experiences and engaging content for sports fans and participants around the world. With an exciting new project on the horizon, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Long-Form Content Creator & Videographer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to create compelling long-form video content and, just as importantly, how to build and grow an engaged audience around it.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, experienced and highly motivated Long-Form Content Creator & Videographer to take a leading role in the production and delivery of an exciting new content project for the Barmy Army.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of high-quality long-form video content, from planning and content capture through to editing, publishing and performance analysis.

A key part of the role will be helping to build and grow an audience on YouTube, for the Barmy Army. We are looking for someone who not only understands how to create great content, but who also understands what makes audiences click, watch, return and engage.

Alongside the Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to shape the creative direction of the project, develop original content formats and bring fresh ideas to the table whilst being supported and part of the wider Emprise Group Marketing Team.

A genuine passion for cricket is essential. You should have a strong understanding of the game and an active interest in both domestic and international cricket, as well as an appreciation of the stories, personalities and culture that make the sport so compelling.

No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for a creative self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in building something new.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of long-form video content, from initial concepts and planning through to filming, editing and final delivery.
  • Capture high-quality video content across a range of environments, including cricket matches, events, interviews and other relevant locations.
  • Edit engaging long-form content that is tailored for YouTube and other relevant platforms including YouTube shorts and content to be used across social media channels.
  • Develop creative content formats, series and ideas that encourage audience growth and engagement.
  • Take ownership of the YouTube content strategy, helping to grow subscribers, views, watch time and audience engagement.
  • Optimise videos for YouTube, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, metadata and publishing strategy.
  • Monitor content performance and audience behaviour, using insights and analytics to continually improve future content.
  • Stay up to date with YouTube trends, platform developments and best practice in long-form content creation.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure video content supports wider campaigns and business objectives.
  • Identify and develop compelling stories, personalities and opportunities within the world of cricket.
  • Travel to cricket matches, events and other locations when required to capture content.
  • Manage video footage, project files and content libraries efficiently.
  • Ensure all content is delivered to a consistently high creative and technical standard and is in keeping with the brand values at all times.
  • Bring new ideas, creative thinking and a proactive approach to the development of the project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
