Locum GP Opportunity | East Sussex | 6-Month Fixed Term | Up to £750/Day
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a GP to join a highly supportive and well-established practice on an initial 6-month fixed-term basis, with a genuine opportunity to move into a permanent position thereafter. The surgery is just south of Tunbridge Wells.
This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for stability, flexibility, and a well-supported working environment, without the pressures often associated with high-volume primary care.
The Opportunity
- 6-month fixed-term contract
- Up to £750 per day, depending on experience
- Genuine opportunity to move into a permanent role
- 15-minute appointments
- Manageable home visiting commitment of just one visit per day if any
- Flexible working arrangements
- 6-9 sessions per week
- Experienced and supportive nursing and multidisciplinary team
- Excellent QOF performance and strong clinical standards
- Streamlined administrative processes designed to reduce GP workload
- Support for developing specialist interests
- Full NHS pension and medical indemnity available for the permanent position
