Sous Chef
You are the engine of the kitchen. Working hand-in-hand with the Head Chef, you ensure that vision meets execution every single service. You are a disciplined second-in-command who thrives on consistency, possesses a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in training the next generation of chefs. When the pass gets busy, you are the calm in the storm.
