To support our ambitious talent acquisition strategy, we are actively looking for recruitment agencies and consultants to become our strategic partners.
We Are Seeking:
We want to partner with consultants that live and breathe quantitative finance and technology. If your firm embodies the following, we are eager to connect:
Proven Quant Expertise:
- A minimum of 3 years of specialized experience recruiting for top-tier quantitative companies (e.g., hedge funds, prop trading firms, investment banks).
- Deep understanding of the technical stacks and talent profiles for roles such as Quantitative Researcher, Quantitative Developer, Algo Engineers, and any other related roles.

Demonstrable Track Record of Success:
- A history of successfully placing senior-level candidates (e.g., PhDs, MFEs with 3-5+ years of experience) into quantitative companies.
- Ability to present relevant case studies (anonymized) for recent, challenging placements.
Mastery in Senior Talent Engagement:
- Exceptional skill in engaging, assessing, and compelling passive, high-caliber candidates.
- Ability to conduct thorough technical screenings and rigorous reference checks to validate project impact and cultural fit.
Actionable Industry Intelligence:
- We expect partners to share timely market intelligence on compensation benchmarks, talent movement, and competitive landscape dynamics.
- Ability to create and provide "talent mapping" for specific domains.
